Through our Services, Cphere may:

• Collect and process advertising performance data received through platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X, Programmatic DSPs, CTV partners, Cinema partners, etc.)

• Process advertiser-provided data for reporting or analytics

• Provide cross-platform measurement and intelligence

• Enable media buying and campaign troubleshooting

• Offer AI-powered insights, summaries, and optimization recommendations

• Deliver dashboards that visualize performance metrics

• Provide integrations with third-party APIs, attribution partners, reporting platforms, and DSPs

Cphere does not directly collect mobile device identifiers such as MAIDs, IDFA, GAID, or bidstream-level mobile device signals.

If any client provides data from third-party sources, such use is governed by the privacy terms of the originating provider.

 

3. SERVICE PROVIDER SUMMARY
